Artificial Intelligence vs. Human Intelligence has quickly become a popular topic due to its impacts regarding technology in our everyday lives. Namely when AI can work through problems schematically and illogically, it does not possess the depth of human intelligence such as the emotional or creative intuitions. As AI continues to evolve, the debate intensifies: Is it possible for technology to achieve a level of the cognition in the human brain?

Exploring the Boundaries Between Artificial Intelligence and Human Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence vs Human Intelligence are two areas that engage all the time but they are as different as night and day in existence. Organizations have for a long time debated the strengths of using artificial intelligence compared to that of a human being, while AI is an imitation of some of the functions of the human mind. First of all, AI is not very creative or emotional, has no intuition, and cannot make free decisions – all of which define intellect. Experience, feelings, and environment, which inevitably, establish the framework of the human mind, are inapplicable for AI models.

The cognition model of artificial intelligence and defining intelligence is not similar to the human intelligence. Indeed, AI is especially good at data handling and performing many tasks much faster than a human; however, AI lacks flexibility and, in many cases, such a valuable quality as the ability to think critically. Many AI systems are question and answer oriented, which means such a system does not possess certain global understanding that the human mind has. This is a clear demarcation between artificial intelligence and human intelligence which shows why machines are capability of replacing human brain in certain aspects of cognitive ability.

Can AI Mimic Human Thought Processes and Emotions

Machines versus Humans’ Intelligence has been a recurring issue in computer science as researchers work towards the development of new generation AIs to find out whether or not AI can actually work like a human mind. Although, AI is understood to be realistic and extremely efficient when it comes to calculations, it is not as profound as human mind. It is capable of mimicking different forms of intelligence, but, cannot reason like a human being because its working relies on formulas rather than from one’s guts feel.

The capability of emotions that distinguishes between the two is worth noting as well. Another thing is that intelligence includes social intelligence and affects or is expressed through limbic responses. AI does not have any emotions and, hence, is unable to grasp contextual realities or make highly informed supple decisions driven by empathy like human and Artificial intelligent system that may work hand in hand.

Artificial intelligence, and especially machine learning and neural networks, are built to mimic the structure of the human brain, thereby improving learning. However, today’s most sophisticated AI does not possess the consciousness and the sophistication of understanding that shape human thought. Still, it is apparent that the process replication by an AI system is not the same as the one performed by a human mind.

The Limits of AI in Creativity, Ethics, and Learning

Artificial Intelligence vs Human Intelligence explains that AI is unreasonable and can only mimic and learn. As it has been said before, generative AI can produce new content, but it doesn’t have EI and not nearly as intelligent as the human mind. Ideation activities inferred from life, feeling and strategic thinking are all domains that constitute a major challenge to AI systems. While AI relies on historical data AI approach plays on the assumption that as long as there is old information, then there must be old experiences, whereas creativity is the ability to find out what else can happen, given that AI is just a tool and not a human mind.

The above disclosed that AI is replacing human intelligence also have ethical implications making the separation even deeper as shown below. Incredibly developed intelligence but it lacks experience; and experience is a part of intelligence so AI is indeed a part of intelligence. ”But again like all AI it does not incorporate moral complexions in its algorithms nor has it any ability to fathom the human element that goes into decisions.” That is why AI should be controlled in a manner that it complements human activities rather than duplicating a human being which negates learnings and experience.

Artificial Intelligence vs Human Intelligence: Management Decisions, Awareness, and the Existential of Living Together

Artificial Intelligence vs Human Intelligence Decision-Making has very clear distinction of based on artificial intelligence and human intelligence. As mentioned earlier, AI is calculated, rationale based, and is focused, all of which act against feelings, prior knowledge, or a flash of inspiration. It is clear that, for example, any AI system has calculation advantages and can recognize patterns significantly better than a human but at the same time, AI still lacks logical skills to act like a human – emotions, consciousness.

Some questions are asked whether AI is capable of attaining consciousness as well as self- aware ness. Nevertheless it is just a tool and does not have all feeling and proper self–consciousness even today. Human intelligence is associated with consciousness and it explicity means sophisticating for intelligent equipment feeling like people do.
